I cannot find the event I want. How can Inspired Diversions help?
You can search for events using our event search. However, if you cannot find the event you want, contact us. We will point you in the right direction by searching for events for you that meet your criteria or by suggesting other options.

How do I collect my tickets?
In most cases, you will have the choice of collecting tickets at the venue or having them mailed to you. If you pick up your tickets at the venue, you will have to show your order receipt and/or voucher.  For postal mail, most items are shipped two weeks before the event date.

What if I am unable to attend an event for which I've bought tickets, or what if I lose my tickets?
Contact the ticketing partner from whom you ordered your tickets. It will be either Ticketswitch or SelectItaly. Their contact information will be listed on your order receipt.

If you have a problem with a ticket order, please contact the ticketing partner from whom you ordered your tickets. Their contact information will be listed on your receipt. Alternatively, contact us for help in getting in touch with the appropriate person to resolve your matter.

How do I purchase tickets?
Click on an event link to see full event information. Order processing and inventory is completely handled by our partners. You will choose options such as date, the number of tickets, and seat location.

After you place an order, you should receive an email confirmation with information on collecting your tickets. The email will include contact information for any order inquiries and your order number.

Who are your ticketing partners?
Our partners are Ticketswitch and Select Italy. Ticketswitch is a London-based subsidiary of the Seatem Group. Formed in 1994, the Seatem Group represents events ranging from opera and music to theater and sports to theme parks and attractions throughout the world.

Select Italy, founded in 1997, provides tickets for opera, ballet and concerts throughout Italy.

What if I’m having difficulty ordering merchandise?
