Method of Payment

In most cases, your credit card will not be debited to secure your hotel reservations. Your credit card details are needed only as a guarantee of the hotel reservation. You settle your hotel bill directly at the hotel, at the end of your stay. However, some hotels may require a deposit, in which case, we will inform you of this before the booking is made.

Theater tickets must be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation policies

You may change or cancel your hotel reservation at least 3 days before the check in date. Hotel cancellations within 3 days of the check-in date are subject to a charge of 1 night's stay.

Theater tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Orchestra and front row of side seats are subject to availability. We make every effort to secure orchestra and front row seats.

Hotel Stay

Hotel room rates do not include gratuities or additional incidental charges, such as phone calls and room service, that the hotel may impose.
