We build a trip from scratch based on your wants and needs as opposed to simply offering a pre-arranged, standard package. We provide transportation options and hotel recommendations that are within your parameters. We collaborate with you to refine the plan. Once you're happy with it, you can then decide whether to have us make the actual arrangements for you and manage the details before you depart and while you're in Europe.

Destination Knowledge: We design itineraries and make recommendations for places where we ourselves have already traveled. You benefit from our first-hand experience with the hotels, places and activities that we suggest to you. European travel isn’t just a part of our business; it’s our only business. You’ll only be working with an experienced agent whose sole focus is Europe.

Choice: You are not limited to certain dates or certain suppliers. Rather, we offer travel options from many providers in order to make the best recommendations for you.

Inspired Diversions is your travel planning partner. Our job is planning a trip that fits with who you are and answering any questions that you may have.

Once we confirm the details with you, a retainer fee will be required to develop your custom itinerary. The consultation/planning fee or retainer fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. You will not be charged for other services without your express authorization. After you’ve received your custom itinerary, you are under no obligation to book the trip itself with us.

A trip quote and booking form for your trip will be provided once your itinerary is finalized. The quote will be for the total trip amount. Individual costs are not itemized. Once you send us your completed form, your bookings will be made immediately.

We manage the details, such as calling your hotels directly in Europe to confirm your reservations, making sure your requests are conveyed directly to the properties, arranging airport transfers, ensuring tour providers pick you up at your hotel, and guiding you to reputable travel providers to which we know provide the best service.

We’re with you every step of the way. You have a go-to travel professional to answer all of your questions and assist you should an unforeseen event or delay occur while you are traveling. Stranded by a snowstorm? Flight canceled? Don’t spend even a second on hold. If an emergency should arise while you’re traveling, we’re there for you.

A single point of contact: We can handle making the arrangements for your trip from flight to accommodations and ground transportation, VIP access to sights, tours and more as we are a full-service, accredited travel agency. So, you only have one contact for planning and arranging your entire trip.

Understanding flight times, connections, layovers. There’s nothing worse than being stuck in an airport with nothing to do for 6 hours, or having to change planes twice before you reach your destination, risking missed connections. We work to ensure that you get convenient and economical flights. 

Many people believe that having us book their trip will mean that it will cost more than booking it themselves. What many don’t realize is that hotels and airlines set the prices, not the travel agencies.

We get our pricing directly from tour providers and hotels. We conduct research across many resources available only to IATAN-certified travel agencies to find the best pricing. We also have access to unpublished fares that are not available on public websites. This means it’s the same price or better than what you would pay if you booked it online yourself.

The difference is that when you book with us, we provide extra care and service to ensure all aspects of your trip run smoothly.

We offer travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen situtations. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect the investment you have made in your travel plans and help ensure peace of mind before, during and after your trip. Also, we work only with reputable travel partners and airlines with strong financial backing and with whom we have long-standing relationships.

Your detailed quote and booking form will include the cancellation policies for the trip. You will need to approve this quote before your bookings are made. However, the fee for planning and creation of your itinerary plan is nonrefundable in the event your trip is postponed, canceled or booked elsewhere and it is not applicable to other services you may decide later to book. 

We do many things before and during your trip such as contacting managers at your hotels directly to ensure the staff understands your needs/special requests and is prepared for your arrival; reaching you in Europe if some aspect of your itinerary is changed by a tour provider or airline; ensuring that you are able to comfortably get around within cities and to/from the airport, and providing assistance if you have questions or problems while you are traveling.

You have a go-to person and one point of contact, available to you now and while you are in Europe. If you need assistance while you're traveling, we can point the way and be an advocate for you with your hotel and travel providers; this ensures all of your needs are met and that every day of your trip runs smoothly. You won't have to deal with waiting on hold or talking to different customer service reps. We take care of the little details to prevent hassles and stress while traveling.
