- Hotel Recommendations and assistance with selecting hotels, villas, B&Bs, vacation rentals, or apartments based on your dreams and budget and among only distinctive accommodations we know are first rate.

- Flight, Train & Car Rental Guidance - We'll assist you in determining the best ways to travel between Italian cities by car, flights or train by planning a schedule, as well as providing distances, times, best seating options and ticket pricing.

- Tour & Activity Suggestions for experiences that create special travel memories, such as an opera in Rome, wine tasting excursion in Chianti, private boat excursion to the Isle of Capri, gondola ride with dinner in Venice or others based on your interests.

- Personal Travel Advice and a central point of contact who will draw on personal experience as well as the expertise of our European travel partners to provide recommendations and plan an itinerary that reflects your interests and helps you make the most informed decisions. You'll also get assistance if you plan to use airline miles to travel.

Receive Itinerary, Recommendations & Advice

We'll mine our resources and contacts in Italy, conduct research, and draw on our personal experiences traveling in Italy to plan your day-to-day itinerary. You’ll receive hotel suggestions, ideas for activities you might enjoy, rail and car rental information.

Within a couple of days you'll get to review the first draft of your travel plan.

Feedback and Questions

This is your opportunity to make additional requests and ask questions about your recommended itinerary. We'll collaborate with you to enhance and refine your itinerary.

Book Your Trip

Use your plan as you see fit. Should you decide to book any or part of your trip with us, we'll handle the arrangements and provide options for travel insurance.

If you choose to book your trip with us, you'll have the proactive support and services of a Travel Manager to take care of the details. When we make your trip arrangements, we correspond directly with your hotels and service providers to ensure they understand your preferences and that everything you requested will be waiting for you.

Also, if you choose to book your trip with us, you have a go-to travel pro to assist you should an unforeseen event occur during your trip.
